If your business is interested in learning more about the services available at Berkshire Career Center, please contact your local Business Service Representative.

If you have a complaint or grievance resulting from an interaction at the MassHire Berkshire Career Center or the Berkshire workforce system, you may contact the Career Center EEO Complaint Officer PWojtkowski@masshireberkshirecc.com, or the BWB Executive Director heather@masshireberkshire.com to arrange an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be agreed upon or you have a complaint or grievance about the WIA Title I program or activities, you may file a complaint within one year. File a complaint (Spanish). MassHire Berkshire Workforce Board and MassHire Berkshire Career Center are EEO employers.
